How much is Shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $60. Use code FREESHIPPING at checkout. If you forget or see this after you checkout, email me at ronee@roneekparsons.com with your order number and I will refund your shipping charge.

For orders under $60, shipping fees are as follows:

• US - $10

• Canada - $14

• All others - $12

How long does shipping take?

Fine Art Prints are printed, packed and shipped within 1-4 days. Shipping then generally takes about one week, often less.

Original Paintings are carefully packed and shipped by me within one week.

I use Standard shipping speeds with a tracking number when available. Which carrier the item ships with will depend on where the item is printed and final shipping address.

I’ll send you an email with all the tracking numbers after all items ship.

If you need rush shipping, please contact me ahead of purchase at ronee@roneekparsons.com.

How do I make a return?

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To make a return, please email me at ronee@roneekparsons.com and include the following information:

• Your name

• The Order Number (available in your confirmation emails)

• The title of the piece or the name of the products you want to return.

• If the art or product arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.

I will reply with a mailing address and confirmation. Please pack the items carefully and return them in the original packaging if possible.

Your refund will be processed within one week after the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
