Combine happy yellow with sage green for a welcoming spring time vibe in your bedroom.

The yellow and green look above is my patterned duvet in a modern sage green textured geometric, with white sheets with a pattern of pale yellow moons, and a bright yellow parquet pattern on the shams. Stick with various shades of green and yellow, or ground these colors by adding rusty browns, and terracottas to the mix.

Purple is the perfect color to create a moody sensuous bedroom. Combine lighter and darker purple in various patterns to create variety for the eye while avoiding a big blob of purple. The walls can be a soft gray, or go with a dark plum to really draw it all together. Blue is classic bedroom color, I could fall asleep just looking at this room. Sea blue and indigo are my favorite to pair with grays, I know a lot of people go for primaries but I love the sunny Mediterranean feel of this shade.

Dark pink is a great choice for the bedroom. It has energy but with the cooler tones still brings that calming aspect like you would get from blues or purples. My pink boho block prints collection would look great in your bedroom.

Fall is my favorite season, and I’m finding myself more and more likely to want to fill my home with the warm browns, yellows and pinks of fall for the whole year. I designed this bedding collection with fall in mind.

Here in this bedding collection I’ve pulled together sage green striped sheets, a dark emerald green boho butterfly duvet, pillows in coffee brown gingham, spotted shams, and dark green curtains.

I kind of fell in love with this little floral pattern in lilac pink and brown (look close to see the bees buzzing about). When I saw a prompt looking for dark and cozy bedroom ideas, it came back to mind. I paired it with a dark burgundy purple stripe to balance the floral, and a super cozy vintage-inspired brown plaid.

A couple months back Spoonflower challenged their artists to curate a bedding collection. For the challenge I pulled together a cross-section of patterns. I wanted a warm and cozy bohemian vibe.
